where have I been?

Well, let's see...I've been teaching 600 elementary school students P.E. and Music...I've been using my index finger a lot to take photographs...and I haven't been baking!

Blog Design

I never thought I'd learn how to use Adobe Photoshop. However, I am very impatient (and impulsive!) when I get an idea, so I'll muddle through something rather than wait for help. When I decided to start my own blog, I really wanted to design/create it myself. Pretty soon I was learning html (all the info is out there on the internet!) and photoshop (the hubby is an architect and was a big help when I hit roadblocks)!

Thanks to my neighbor Preston (also an architect-they went to school together) who took my dodo drawing and got it up on photoshop for me. Check out his blog http://www.deanworks.org/

So, voila, I'm ready to share my blog...I think! It's hard to feel like it is completely ready, but I can always make changes in the future! I still have many posts to catch up on, but I guess it is better to save them to keep your interest!
